Hanging Lights
Do I need an electrician?
No. The lights are battery powered and do not require mains wiring. Each light uses 3 × AAA batteries.
What colours can I choose?
Choose a Black or Silver body. Select cool White or sequential Colour Change with the remote. Individual fixed colours cannot be selected.
Which set sizes are available?
Sets of 4, 8, 12 or 16 lights. A remote and starter batteries are included.
Can I switch a single light off?
Yes. Pull the light down on its cord to toggle an individual light on or off.
Smart Locks
Which lock should I choose?
Choose the flexible cable lock for a 1.5 m cable and bike mount, the U-lock for a rigid bike-lock shape, or the heavy-duty padlock for sheds, tools and storage. Check dimensions and your security requirements before buying.
Do the locks need an app?
The cable lock and heavy-duty padlock use compatible-app setup. The U-lock supports fingerprint registration on the lock. Contact us for current setup instructions.
What happens if the battery runs flat?
The lock remains locked. Recharge via USB before attempting to unlock it. Keep the battery charged and follow the product instructions.
Can I submerge my lock?
No. Avoid submerging the lock and protect the charging port. Contact us for advice about a specific outdoor installation.
